One-on-one Training
Athletes of all ages who seek the guidance of a sports performance expert can request that on an individual basis. Thirty and 60 minute appointments with a member of our team are available on a limited basis. These sessions are built around your specific needs, goals and abilities. We’ll first consult with you to discuss your current abilities and ambitions, then develop a training program that is just right for you.
