Keara Miller is a certified athletic trainer and corrective exercise specialist with experience working primarily in the secondary school setting, supporting athletes across a wide range of sports. She specializes in injury prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise strategies that promote safe return-to-play and long-term performance.
Her clinical background equips her to address both acute and long-term needs, from emergency care on the field to developing strategies that reduce risk of re-injury. Keara’s approach goes beyond just treatment—she values connection, education, and helping athletes understand their own bodies.
She believes that performance and health go hand-in-hand, and she strives to create a supportive environment where athletes feel comfortable asking questions, pushing themselves, and building confidence in their abilities.
Keara is committed to not only keeping athletes healthy, but also helping them reach their performance goals. Whether an athlete is returning from injury, fine-tuning movement patterns, or preparing for the next level, she can help provide the tools and guidance to help them build sustainable habits that carry beyond competition.
